Terms of Service

1) Agreement

By using Mozok AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Pre-Beta / Early Access

• The Service is provided “AS IS” with no uptime or feature guarantees.
• Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice.
• You grant Mozok AI a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use feedback to improve the Service.
• We may limit or terminate access at any time.

3) Acceptable Use

You won’t use the Service for unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity; you won’t attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with normal operation; and you won’t upload malware or violate others’ rights.

4) Ownership

Mozok AI owns the Service and all related IP. You retain ownership of your content. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights.

5) Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Mozok AI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for suspected misuse or breach. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, sections intended to survive (e.g., Ownership, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) will continue to apply.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state or federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be communicated by additional notice. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
